Delivery and Shipping

Shipping Information
We do not process or ship orders out on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays, except by prior arrangement. If an item is in stock, it usually ships in 1 business day, unless we need further verification from the customer to process the order. Orders are shipped on business days, Monday through Friday. When an item is not in stock, we ship it as soon as it is available. Custom orders ship within their estimated delivery times 6-8 weeks.

Shipping charges are based on the weight & value of your items ordered. Shipping costs increase when you order more items, heavier items, and the further away you are located from the United Kingdom. At your request shipping costs can also include shipping insurance (packages are insured up to the value of the package). Please note all Shipping costs will include a nominal packaging/handling fee.

To estimate shipping charges and delivery times based on your desired shipping method, add your post/zip code and country to the shipping estimator. Our software will automatically calculate the shipping charges at Checkout.

All orders being delivered to the UK will be delivered via the Royal Mail Postal Service. All International orders will be delivered via UPS or Fedex Delivery Service

International Orders
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, duties or other fees imposed by your government. Uniquohair.com does not charge these fees, and we have no control over the amount of the fees. All such fees are your responsibility, and are not included in the shipping charges quoted to you. Please contact your customs office for information about additional fees.

Once your order has shipped, you will be emailed a shipping confirmation number to track your package (when available). However, the carrier may take up to 48 hours to register your tracking information in their system so the package may already be in transit before you can trace it.
